Built for recurring bid work

For established contractors with recurring bid opportunities, an accountable decision maker and a need for more consistent estimating operations. Fit depends on your workload, trades, budget, available reviewers and deadlines.

What the engagement includes

We configure the workflow around your tools and standards, establish a source and revision register, and deliver the estimating outputs agreed in your scope. These can include scope reviews, quantity evidence, pricing workbooks, RFIs and bid packages.

The initial engagement includes a sample handoff, an operating guide, two training sessions and managed service within your written capacity limits. Active projects, revisions, deliverables and turnaround expectations are defined in Schedule A before work begins.

Establish. Prove. Operate.

Establish: confirm scope, tools, roles, approved sources and acceptance criteria.

Prove: complete a sample handoff, test the agreed process and train your team.

Operate: manage the agreed queue, review work, track open issues and deliver versioned outputs. Timing depends on complete inputs and the capacity agreed for your engagement.

Your tools, with clear handoffs

We can manage approved intake and file delivery, or work through your current CRM and estimating environment using scoped access. Manual transfers are identified as manual. Any promised software integration must pass the agreed acceptance test.

Human review. Client approval.

Every estimate needs a defensible source trail. Missing drawings, unconfirmed prices, uncertain labor assumptions and significant addenda are logged for resolution. A separate qualified reviewer checks the work. Your authorized team approves the final bid.

A working session can walk through a source-linked example, the assumptions behind it and how missing information is handled. Incomplete information may prevent release of an estimate.

A defined initial commitment

$50,000 for the initial 90-day engagement. Payment is due at signing. The 90 days begin at mutually confirmed kickoff. Capacity and deliverables are set in Schedule A.

Optional continuation is $5,000 per month only by express election. The signed agreement governs the engagement.

Start with a conversation

In 30 minutes, we will discuss your bid volume, current tools and bottlenecks, and decide whether the engagement warrants a scoped proposal. Include the economic buyer and estimating lead when practical. No drawings or confidential cost data are needed.
